The appointment was 20 mins late which wasn't a great start but when I did go through there were also some improvements to be made. My pet peeve of the lady not leaving the room as you get changed was a factor as made me feel uncomfortable for the rest of the wax. I would also say although she was thorough and did a good job she was quite rough and it was definitely more painful than I've had before. It's also more expensive than I usually pay but went for it as close to where I live. I think they have a few improvements to make and wouldn't book again.

This was my first time at the Malibu Salon, and it was a great experience. The staff was courteous, and the treatment started promptly as scheduled. My therapist was attentive and professional. She did a great job.
