Ola is experienced - my eyebrows were finished to perfection. I also appreciated she was also able to discuss with me the hair colour I was looking for and brought in the colour specialist for a chat. I made an appointment at the salon for my hair colour with the stylist. Overall an excellent experience.

I wouldn't go back to this salon. I booked a high bikini wax but there was a miscommunication between the therapists and my waxer thought I was there for eyebrows. She was angry with me when I said I had booked a bikini wax and showed her my confirmation email. She burnt my skin with the wax and I have red marks around my bikini area the next day. Then the lady on the front desk tried to over charge me and I had to show her the price list.
