Marta was an absolute gem! My sister struggles badly with anxiety and cutting her hair very long hair made her extremely nervous. Marta was patient and gentle with her and ensured that she had a positive experience from start to finish. She consulted her throughout and helped her to find the joy in doing something for herself.
