The girl was lovely but the wax wasn't great. It was extremely quick (20mins for what I was told would be a 40min appointment). They had called to see if I could reschedule so I don't know if that played into my experience. But the majority of the hair wasn't removed from the root, the hair just broke. Plus there were some patches of hair that were missed. So I'm far from smooth! Disappointing that she didn't ask me to check I was happy before she left the room. Unlikely that I'll return unfo.
