More hair than I asked for was taken off immediately. The hairdryer burnt my scalp. The haircut looked odd/boxy so I asked for small layers to add definition. In doing so, an extra 4 inches of my hair was taken off which was expected. Marta did not check to see if the hair was level which is standard. Was too late and I thought it may look better once washed. I was wrong and wish I had said something. I’ve been left with a mullet look. I never leave reviews but this was so upsetting. careless
