Extremely unprofessional & disrespectful experience. I booked a 1 hour facial via Treatwell but was taken in late, rushed through the treatment & interrupted mid-session by another client walking in while I was still undressed. The facial lasted only 40mins & when I questioned why, the owner argued with me and didn’t even know the price listed on Treatwell. She refused to compensate and later asked me not to leave a bad review. You need guts to say that after offering a pathetic service.
