The massage itself was great. The only minor issues where the room was slightly too cold for me plus just as I was beginning to properly unwind and relax, the sounds of a washing machine and hairdryer went off in the background.

The massage itself was ok, but the therapist repeatedly made phone calls during the treatment and had her phone notifications on loud, which made it difficult to relax. The venue was noisy and this also made relaxation difficult.
