Yulia was very attentive and really listened to what I wanted. At the end she was very keen to know if I was happy, and said if there was anything I didn't like after a few days to just come back and she would fix it for me. Yulia focused on cutting my hair rather than chatting to me (which personally I really liked, I was able to relax and let my mind wander!)

Yulia was great, I was pretty hesitant about coming here as the price was so cheap compared to the rest of London. Yes the atmosphere isn’t the best, with little talking but Yulia knows what she is doing and I’ll 100% be back
