Everything was perfect. I was able to get my treatment earlier than my booking. Julia did exactly what I asked for and the result is amazing. I will definitely come back whenever I visit London again.

Yulia was very attentive and really listened to what I wanted. At the end she was very keen to know if I was happy, and said if there was anything I didn't like after a few days to just come back and she would fix it for me. Yulia focused on cutting my hair rather than chatting to me (which personally I really liked, I was able to relax and let my mind wander!)
