I had highlights/balayage done plus toner and a blow-dry. Julia was very reassuring and she clearly knew what she was doing. We discussed the look prior to the process (I brought a few pictures for inspiration) and Julia told me what she was going to do each step of the way. I left the salon happy and felt great with my new do. Would definitely recommend!
