Julia was welcoming and professional, and had great attention to detail. She was able to help me decide exactly what kind of highlighting would suit me, as I had very little idea what I wanted (and had no pictures to work from!). She worked carefully and made sure that the balayage was tailored to me. I'm really happy with both the colour and the cut, as well as the way she styled it after washing.
