Yulia was such a lovely lady. She performed 3 hours of work highlighting my hair, and I had just suffered covid so badly she noticed I needed a hair mask and gentle trim at no extra cost. That made me feel so cared for relaxed and in the right hands thank you for such caring kindness for a first time customer.
