Mai was an absolute angel today when I went in for a wax. I hadn't been to her before but it was a great experience. Mai is very chatty and easy to talk, great for anyone who may be a little nervous or new to Hollywood waxing. I left feeling very happy and would recommend her to anyone; I have already told a friend.

Mai Lis is really lovely and had a great manner and friendly conversations. Unfortunately the wax took a longer time and was a lot more painful than other hot waxes I’ve had before, so although I’d return for another type of treatment with Mai Lis, I wouldn’t go back for a Brazilian

What marks Mai Lis out from others is her attention to detail. The wax took a little longer than I expected but that was down to her amazing attention to detail and thoroughness. She was incredibly friendly and made a real effort to put me at ease which is so important with a intimate wax. I will without doubt be returning!
