Just saw Emma at The Parlour (where I am a regular) and absolutely loved my make-up. She made me look fresh, and alive- which with 2 little kids and zero sleep is a magical feat. Brilliant. Highly recommend.

A no-show and no apologies/follow up! Time slots were available for the following morning so booked the appointment last minute late at night. In the morning I then followed up with a text msg to confirm the appointment. 11.30 appointment and 12:15 I drive away without having seen anyone. No calls, no apologies, no follow ups. Still 1 day later, nothing! Treatwell has called me to follow up and has taken on board the complaint. I can appreciate issues arise and am sympathetic however the business must get in touch with clients before, during and at the very least post-appointment time to discuss their absence. Lack of communication is not good enough. I woke up early on a Sunday and drive 30 mins each way to get to the venue, had a meeting at 2pm so couldnt even find a new venue to go to as transport and treatment time would take me over 2pm. Not impressed!! Avoid - not worth a potential no-show and being stuck without your treatment.

I’m so glad that I got to work with Emma on my photoshoot to relaunch my magazine. She was professional, easy going and made all eight models (and me) look beautiful on the day. I would definitely work with Emma again.
