Girl pleasant enough and tried her best but...... Not what I asked for! And I asked more than once.
Manager described my experience as a “misunderstanding”
I asked for a trim... a straight cut.
Left almost in tears.
Nice clean salon with parking outside. The waxing itself was okay however the staff were not professional texting in one hand and waxing using the other! The woman paused a number of times so she could use her mobile phone. Another woman carried on my waxing and she left the door open despite me being half dressed.
Ive had waxing over a number of years ansd the waxing here was more painful than anywhere else. I wouldn't recommend the salon.
