Lorraine was brilliant, very warm and friendly and clearly explained the whole process to me. She took the time to listen to my preferences and took on board my style of how I wished my brows to looks. I loved the outcome and will certainly be a regular from now on. Her treatment room is also spotless and beautifully decorated.
She also took every covid precaution, I felt very safe.

Lorraine is professional, friendly and extremely talented.
She explained to me the entire process, the aftercare and even gave me additional advices and suggestions to look after my skin. The treatment room is clean and Covid secure, which is so important. Excellent service, can't wait for my next session!
