Zara was lovely and patient with my daughter. Very chatty and easy to talk to. Always checking in if the length was OK with myself and my child. Complementing and reassuring her throughout the haircut. Made her feel special and my daughter loved her new hair, going from very long hair right down her back to now having it just below her shoulders allowed her to be able to give her hair to charity to make wigs for children who have cancer. Would 100% trust Zara to cut my child's hair every time.
