I’ve been here a few times to get my nails done. Shimen is friendly, welcoming and professional. I get BIAB done and I love them every time :)

I booked gel removal for £5. It’s advertised as £5 on the website. At the END of my gel removal the therapist said to me oh it’s £15 because it was thicker gel. She could have said that to me as soon as she realised it was thick gel, as she commented that it was thick gel BEFORE removing it all. If she had said then, prior to continuing the treatment, that it would be more than what I had booked, then I would have left it and not had it removed as I booked this for £5. Awful customer service!
