I've been going to Shimen for over 12 months ..have recommended her to lots of friends who have all been very happy with the services she provides ..Shimen puts everything into her salon and the treatments she provides and I wouldn't go anywhere else...unfortunately she was given a 1 star review recently and a 2nd 1 star review 2 weeks later from the same person (a visitor from another salon) which was totally uncalled for ..this person has been reported...Shimen deserves 4 and 5 star reviews.

Regular waxer. By far the worst experience I have had. Didnt clean or prep the area first. Which made it unbearably painful. Had to ask her to do this half way through treatment. Had to ask for treatment to be redone twice as not done properly. Left covered in wax. Dreadful.
