I stupidly got me appointment times messed up but Shimen was really lovely, and whilst she didn’t have time to do my extensions she did fantastic BIAB and French tips - 10/10 service.

I've been visiting this studio for a while. It is not my first biab with Shimen. Not only is she a charming person, but she is also very precise and experienced. My nails look great after 3 weeks, even while being on holiday. Highly recommended.
