Overall, my massage from Julia was lovely and everyone was extremely friendly. The reason I did not give 5 stars is due to the excessive noise coming from a few people in the waiting area. Unfortunately, this somewhat tarnished the whole experience.

The moment you open the door to Maitri, you are greeted by a warm welcome from Alison,... from my initial enquiry she has responded and helped where she can, she has such enthusiasm and energy. Dr VJ is exceptional, his experience is second to none and very clear, I felt very reassured in the sessions with his expertise and extensive knowledge. After having four treatments so far, and with all his support and guidance, I am feeling a shift : )
