I've been to see Julia many times over the past year and I keep going back because she is so good. I regularly have deep tissue massage and cupping with her and afterwards I walk out feeling like a different person; I hold a lot of tension in my upper back and I always leave feeling light and relaxed. I feel lucky to have found someone so skilled. Alison the manager, is also really welcoming and friendly. I'll continue to go back to Maitri regularly and would recommend their services!

I had a lovely reflexology, then Indian head massage and finally a cupping session as one treatment.
I've never had cupping before but the therapist was reassuring, she kept checking I was ok,
Two days later I still feel relaxed and calm.

I was warmly welcomed upon arrival by Julia and the lovely owner of Maitri. From the very beginning, Julia made me feel at ease and completely comfortable throughout my treatment. She suggested I try cupping to help relieve the tension in my shoulders. Although I’d never tried it before, I felt relaxed the entire time, and it was far more gentle than I expected. I’ll definitely consider adding it to my future treatments.
