I had a very disappointing result of an expensive keratin hair treatment and haircut with Louisa. Before she started, she told me that the keratin product that she is using will make my hair soft & frizz free which is what I wanted, unfortunately , this has little effect on my hair & it ended up with more visible frizz on the front & top of my head. Annoyingly, within few days I have to use the hair mask in order to tame the frizz.
Haircut- layer is terrible too!
