I'd had a terrible colouring experience at another salon which had left me with about 6 different colours in my hair. I was completely distraught.
I contacted Louisa who called me immediately to discuss the problem, she then fit me in the next day and completely fixed my hair!
She spent time talking to me about what I'd like and also using her professional opinion to fix the mistakes the other stylist had created. She was brilliant from the offset and I can't recommend enough!
