I'm not sure what to say, the girl who cut my hair was nice enough but not openly friendly or personable. The worst haircut I have ever had in 30 years!!! Even ones I got as a young girl is better! Nothing is sitting right and I am so disappointed. The 'consultation' was pointless. she didn't do anything I asked apart from take an inch off! No effort was made, lacked confidence in the ability from the moment a younger girl washed my hair. Dreadful, waste of money and have to pay someone somewhere else to sort the mess out. Definitely will not be going back. Would have done a better job cutting my own hair myself!!
