I had a luxury pedicure booked. The salon rearranged my appointment to 5pm instead of 4.30pm. I arrived early for my appointment which was at 5pm and was asked to wait. Nearly 10 mins later the treatment began. I was told as I had shellac on my nails I wouldn't be able to have a luxury pedicure and a dry one would be done instead, the lady explained she would not have enough time to complete it as she had an appointment booked start after at 6. Basically paid £65 to have my shellac changed!
