Worst experience I’ve had at a salon, 15 minutes late seeing me with no apology. The water she used for removal was boiling hot. Wasn’t spoken to once and after the removal was finished she just got up and walked away? Terrible customer service

Thalita was amazing. I went in with damaged eyelashes which had a curl in all different directions. She saved them and left my eyelashes looking long, healthy and natural. Very welcoming and friendly. Will be back 😊
