Personally I found the pedicure seating uncomfortable- but that’s just me, I prefer a reclinable chair and I was not offered the massage as advertised.

I had a really lovely time at the salon. Don’t let one person’s bad experience put you off. It’s a lovely place - give it a chance and decide for yourself. My nails are perfect - just what I wanted for my honeymoon, already booked to go back for an infill
