My mani / pedi (+removals) took over 4 hours, which is very slow vs. other salons & the pedicure is a really rough & messy job (filing / painting), the manicure however is done well. Also quite a dirty environment, pink sofas all covered in black marks & hairs on the pillows, no proper pedicure foot stool which made it uncomfortable.
