Customer service was shocking and I was charged extra on the day for gel colour on top without being warned. Staff were rude when I asked if my friend and I could sit next to each other, toilets were so basic and dirty, the appointment took 2.5 hours. One of the worst and most expensive experiences i have ever had in London. Do not book here
