The luxury pedicure wasn’t the luxury professional experience I was expecting. Don’t get me wrong, v happy with how my toes look however just a few tips the salon could do to make the experience as luxurious as I would have expected for a £70 treatment. Spotify adverts blaring out in between songs. Staff disagreeing about their rota. Manager criticising my salon lady work in front of me mid treatment. And spraying bleach into foot bowl next to me whilst my nails were drying! All can be fixed.
