goal:full set long acrylics w/nail art. told this not poss due to time&lack of exp (nb: booking was for 1hr45).I adjusted nail art req to simple option- matte w/gloss tips. Girl 1 prep & fit tips. Girl 2 took over & told me that it was not possible to do new req & was told to select 1 colour. went for matte black. ended up w/glossy black? nail shapes are uneven&thumbs too long. TOOK 3 HOURS. wanted to get out the salon at this point & not waste my time raising concerns(can be awk). not worth £75
