I loved my manicure. Giselle helped me to chose colours to create the look that I wanted, made sure that I was happy with the shape of my nails and ensured that I was comfortable throughout. As always Maison Des Ongles has delivered a great service

It was the WORST experience. First of all, I was not offered any drinks whatsoever. Despite me warning her that I had a split toenail, she basically ripped it off by mistake whilst removing other nail polishes. Then, I told her to cut the nail off and she did. It started bleeding, yet she did not apply anything on it to prevent bleeding or anti infection purposes. Her hands were extremely cold despite gloves. She asked me to move each time to be aligned with her rather than her moving around.
