I was in the salon at the same time as the person who rated one star and I wanted to make it clear that this is an incredibly clean and friendly salon and they handled the situation as well as possible. I have never had *any* issues, and it is so obvious how hard the women work to offer a beautiful service and ensure that the nails are done to a high quality and give you after care tips to ensure that they last if you are having extensions etc (like I do). Thanks maison des ongles for always making me feel welcome and making my nails look stunning!

WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD AT A NAIL SALON. I went to the salon for soft gel extensions and I loved them. Fast forward 10 days and I'm starting to notice spots on my nails and the edges of the extensions lifting. I go in to get them taken off, and see THERE IS MOLD UNDER MY NAILS. To make things worse the employees were cold and SO rude. They refused to give me a refund for booking a different service / refused to provide me contact info for their manager, I left the salon crying.

Whenever I am in Clapham I go and see Erica. She is super friendly and always pays so much attention to each nail, and they last for ages. It was so lovely to see her again, and my nails look amazing. I gave her a picture of some nail art and she did it no problem. Definitely recommend!

I was so impressed with the therapist Yvette who was incredibly skilled, caring and considerate in how she manicured my nails. She was professional and took extreme pride in her work; the overall result was a beautiful set of nails that were perfectly manicured and polished.
I went into the salon with nails that really needed to be treated and came out with them completely transformed.
