Always the best place for my nails, wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I thought I had booked a manicure/pedicure no polish. What the salon booked me for was a dry treatment i.e. no skin removal on the feet just a nail trim/shape and cuticle oil. At my insistence a foot bath and perfunctory foot file took place but it was inadequate. No hand cream, no foot cream were offered. The therapist was pretty abrupt. I think for £70 a better experience should be offered.
