This was an absolutely shocking experience. It pealed off in less then a week from the bottom by the cuticles. I called for a repair, came in 5 days after my appointment to change 4 nails which was already frustrating and on top of it they tried to charge me for it saying their policy is to only offer repairs within 3 days. That is quite bluntly saying your manicure for 70£ only lasts 3 days. Even after repairs it’s the worst manicure I’ve received

Staff were lovely and the salon is nice. However, i cant give more than 3 stars for a couple of reasons. Firstly, i was not shown and asked to sign the required disclaimer before the session when i came in for my lash lift which gave guidance on what not to do before the session. This was my first lash lift and i had my contact lenses in during which caused some discomfort afterwards.
Secondly, Unfortunately my lash lift is quite uneven, with one side significantly more curled than the other.
