Paid for my biab to be completely removed and rather than removing it, the technician applied infills on top, yet I was still charged for a removal. They also cut one of my cuticles and it’s now badly infected. Izabele wasn’t even who the booking was made with, so not sure why they bother offering an option to request.
Reached out to the salon several times to discuss with no success. They also lied to Treatwell about the services provided. Absolutely won’t be back and wouldn’t recommend
