Please stop rearranging appts - every appt I’ve booked either the time and/ or who I’m booked with is changed. Email goes in junk and I’ve now had to start preempting a change and checking my junk folder. I already know 4 people who’ve stopped coming because of it. It also puts the technicians in a really awkward position and it’s not fair.
