I love this place and I’ll be back again. They were gracious enough to let me reschedule my booking last minute as I was really ill but when I came today the result just wasn’t what I’m used to from here. The shape is wrong and I tried asking to correct it multiple times but it’s still fairly uneven and just not almond shape. I have also noticed some bubbles and random markings within the BIAB. I think maybe it was just an off day.

Disappointed with this BIAB manicure - the thickness of biab differs from nail to nail with some being completely see-through and others incredibly thick. Many nails are bubbly, leaving holes in the biab. All nails completely different shape and slanted. It also took an hour and 45 minutes meaning it took up my entire evening. As one of the most expensive biab manicures in Balham it was very disappointing.
