When I arrived I was told there would be about a 2-hour delay for my appointment which was quite frustrating. But when I explained I couldn’t wait that long they did manage to fit me in - as a result, the appointment did feel a little rushed and not as thorough as my previous visit, but my nails came out really lovely. Unfortunately I think the salon must just be quite understaffed for the amount of appointments they are taking, as others also had their appointments delayed.

Sadly cannot recommend this salon, - even though they’re really great at BIAB, their customer service is awful and there’s no guarantee your booking will go ahead. They cancelled my appointment (which I had booked 10 days in advance) just a couple of hours before and gave no reason / didn’t attempt to contact me. My previous appointment was also messed around and two hours late with again no contact. Check out their Google reviews as their Treatwell reviews only seem to show the positive ones!
