I usually have Dani who is absolutely amazing and so lovely, but they swapped my appointment today to a different nail tech, Tracey, without asking me. I was consistently having to pick up on mistakes Tracey had made, like missing the sides of my nails with the polish, poorly shaped nails and me almost leaving with still-tacky nails. Now I’m home, I’ve seen she again missed the sides of nails with the top coat meaning they still sticky. Unfortunately, really disappointed as I love this salon.
