The time of the appointment was changed, and they didn’t care for what I had booked. This happened to another customer walking in also. The lady did not listen to any of the requests and was frustrated when asked to complete the style ordinary asked for and booked. Don’t get a French tip, the job looked like it was done by a child with tipex.

I thought I’d give the same BIAB artist a chance as I wasn’t happy with the first set. The finish the second time was even worse than the first set and there are visible imperfections around the edges. If I go back, new artist please! The first one!
