the booking system and services available were not very clear - i literally had to argue my bill at the end because they were going to over charge me.
my nails are weirdly shaped even though they were fine before the biab
after my pedicure my foot felt and looked worse than when i came in - the service i received was very rushed and of poor quality, i expected differently because of the location and the amount of money i paid

Always trying to add additional costs. It’s like I have to explain my booking every time, even now I just left unhappy with my pedicure but I just don’t want to persuade them to give me what I booked in for. Please change your Treatwell, Been going here for a year and it’s my last time. The girls are nice so I feel bad writing this.

As a regular client, today was unfortunately a no go. So rushed as they were 30 minutes late, 2 different therapists that kept switching. Still have biab residue post removal and the shape is off.
