Even if my experience with the technician was really good, I don’t recommend going to the salon. I’ve been a client for awhile and I always had my appointment with Kiara, which doesn’t work at the salon anymore. The salon itself and the Management is very disorganised. They have messed up my appointments multiple times and cancelled on the spot without any warning. I am not gonna go to the salon anymore. A real shame!
About 30-35 mins delayed from my appointment time, but the pedicure itself was good. Felt a bit rushed perhaps as there were more customers waiting who were delayed as well but I am happy with the overall service.
Would be helpful if delays are communicated in advance so one need not wait in the shop and can drop by a bit later.
