About 30-35 mins delayed from my appointment time, but the pedicure itself was good. Felt a bit rushed perhaps as there were more customers waiting who were delayed as well but I am happy with the overall service.
Would be helpful if delays are communicated in advance so one need not wait in the shop and can drop by a bit later.

Very disappointing experience. My appointment was changed three times without checking with me. At 6pm on a Sunday, I received an email saying my slot had been moved from 9:30am to 9:00am the next morning, forcing me to scramble to arrange childcare.
The shellac manicure felt rushed, my hands weren’t properly cleaned after filing, and the polish chipped the same evening. Poor organisation and poor quality — not recommended.
