Very good work from Daniela ! I think they need to improve their customers service especially by being able to reach out to them via phone (received 2 emails to change my appointment, which upset me, I tried to call them and impossible to have them) I went there at my initial time and Daniela was able to take care of me. Well done for handling it but at the beginning I was not happy At the end, my nails are perfect and it is all about this :)
