A lovely little studio with very friendly and polite personnel. The waxing was done efficiently and quickly, although some hairs were still showing here in there (although this could just mean that they were too short to be effectively removed). I had an issue with the wax for the Hollywood waxing being too hot and even if I pointed this out and she tried to fix it the temperature did not feel any different on the skin.
Overall, I had a positive experience at the salon.
