The actual lash lift was performed well but my lasting impression was sadly that the therapist was rude/indifferent from the time I arrived (9.17am for a 915am appointment), announcing "you're late, you'd better go in" and setting the tone for the rest of the session. I felt awkward in the room, as she barely spoke to me and there was no music or ambience, so I really felt uncomfortable for 45 mins. It's a real shame as I met the owner on a previous visit and she is lovely as are her other previous therapists who did LVL. This therapist needs customer service training!
