Lauren is very friendly and did a wonderful deep tissue massage. She explains everything clearly at the beginning and duirng the massage. The massage started off with light pressure but she did some real hard kneading to loosen up the knots as the massage progressed. She uses long soft strokes to end the massage which is very relaxing.
