Ladies' Full Head Highlights
I had booked for a wash and cut. I turned up 3 minutes late, which was my mistake, but was told to wait outside for another 10 minutes as they were running late. The hairdresser sat me down and started spraying my hair, so I pointed out that I booked for a wash many times and got these excuses in respons: I should have booked for a women's cut (I'm 16), they don't wash girl's hair, the wet cut costs the same, it was because I was late etc. She cut my hair in a rush and it was washed afterwards.
