Generally good haircut, probably a little shorter than I wanted but other than that generally good. Seemed to be a lot of complaining by the staff about working conditions/management which doesn't make for a relaxing treatment. I understand their issues but it doesn't need to be relayed to customers. Makes the experience a bit stressful.

The stylists here are all really kind and considerate and very skilled. They don't rush and do listen to their client's wishes. They are knowledgable and well trained and work well as a team. It is always a pleasant experience to get my haircut even though I am nervous by nature.
